What earns commission?
Payments by customers who arrive through your link and pay within 90 days: site claims, new suburb searches and Development Pro. You earn 20% of the price before GST. On Pro you also earn on each renewal for 12 months from the customer's first purchase through you.
Who gets the customer?
The last affiliate link a customer clicked before paying. Once a customer has bought through you, they stay yours for 12 months, whatever links they click later.
What does not earn commission?
Your own purchases, claims paid with claim credits, and payments that are refunded or charged back (we void the commission).
How do I get paid?
Monthly, by bank transfer, for the commission you earned up to the end of the month before. We email you to confirm your payment details before the first payout. Your dashboard shows what is unpaid and what has been paid.
How should I promote it?
Honestly. No spam, no misleading claims about sites, profits or planning approvals, and do not present yourself as Build Design Solutions. We may end an affiliate account that breaks these terms and void its unpaid commission.
Can the terms change?
Yes. We can change the rates or close the program and will tell you by email first. Commission you have already earned is still paid.
