No. Where an owner has registered as open to talk, any signed-in member can ask us for an introduction at no charge. Claims and Pro do not include or affect it.
No. A claim is exclusive on Build Design Solutions only. It is not an option, a caveat or an agreement with the owner, and the owner can still sell to anyone. It keeps the other members of this service off the site while you make your approach.

One credit claims any ranked site, whatever its price. Pro gives 5 a month and a new suburb search gives 1. Credits that come with a search do not expire. Pro's monthly credits and suburb search reset at each renewal and do not carry over.
The claim ends and the site opens to every member again. You can claim it again if no one else has.

The same account opens the generative designer, the cost estimator and the 3D walkthrough, and a Pro subscription turns on their Pro features: criteria from a written brief, AI design reviews, plan reading, AI decorating, photoreal renders, clean unbranded downloads and the training-data library. AI use is capped at 200 AI requests and 100 renders per paid month, reset at each renewal.
Yes, from your account page. Pro and the month's credits keep working to the end of the paid month, and the claims you made stay in place until they end.
